When should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to ensure that you get the most out of your session. Your session will include an extra 15 minutes to (fill out your medical history form unless you can do it prior!), talk about your goals, treatment, do exit interview with my recommendations for your goals, and payment.
If you do not arrive early but arrive late for your session you will receive the remaining time less the time you are late. This is not only respectful to you and your schedule but to my next client and theirs as well.
What should I wear?
If you are coming in for Myofascial Release I ask that you bring a pair of loose comfy shorts and for ladies also a sports bra/tank top or a two piece bathing suit to wear during the session. Please refrain from wearing any lotions or oils the day of your treatment. Myofascial Release is best done with skin contact, so the less sliding on your skin the better results you’ll get!
If you do not plan on receiving bodywork then you will be fully clothed, so wear something comfortable.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
As I work by appointment only, if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment I require 24 hours notice or you will be charged full price for your missed session.
Is it o.k. to still get my massage if I’m sick?
Unfortunately, no. If you are sick, coming down with something, or getting over a cold/flu you will need to reschedule your appointment. If you come in with a cold you will be sent home and will have to reschedule for when you’re better. Not only is massage contraindicated while you’re sick, you may also be contagious, spreading your germs to other clients and your therapist. It also isn’t going to be comfortable for you to lay there while you’re coughing, congested, or have body aches. So, stay home, rest up and reschedule after you’ve been symptom free for a few days.

I accept all major credit cards, checks, and of course cash!
Do you accept gratuities?
Gratuity is always appreciated, never expected.

Where can I park?
You may park in any of the parking spots in front of the house or along the strip mall next door. During nicer weather and when there isn’t snow or ice, some prefer to park behind the building in the Days Inn parking lot and walk across the grass. Once you go in the side door, just walk up the stairs and have a seat. I will get you for your appointment from there.
